What is a terrarium, and what makes yours special?
A terrarium is a miniature ecosystem housed in glass. Our terrariums are handcrafted works of art, blending design (like our Close Geometric or Cylinder styles) with natural or preserved elements. We focus on heirloom quality, using materials like Brass and Glass Frames, Natural Driftwood, and Preserved Plants to create lasting beauty that tells a story.
What’s the difference between Plant Terrariums and Preserved Plants/Moss?
Plant Terrariums contain live plants and are living ecosystems requiring light and occasional care. Our Preserved Plants and Moss are treated to maintain their beauty indefinitely without water, soil, or sunlight. They are perfect for low-maintenance, everlasting displays and travel exceptionally well.
Do you offer custom pieces, like for weddings?
Yes! Our Wedding Glass Card Boxes (in Black, Gold, Silver, and Pink) and Photo Frames are popular for celebrations. Each piece is curated to be a sentimental keepsake. For bespoke inquiries, please contact our care team.
What do I need to start building my own terrarium?
Our Terrarium Building Kit is a great start! For best results, pair it with our LED Grow Light Set, Natural Driftwood, Moss, and Mini Planters. We also offer a wide selection of glass vessels, from Glass Cloches to Open/Closed Geometric Terrariums.

Ordering, Payment & Accounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, global transactions.
Do you ship internationally?
We proudly ship globally to a community of plant enthusiasts and collectors. However, to ensure the safe transit of our delicate ecosystems, we cannot currently ship to a few select remote regions and parts of Asia. Please check your address at checkout.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. If you don’t receive a confirmation, first check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at [email protected] with your name and order details, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two carefully designed options:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Professionally packed and shipped via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days after dispatch (includes 1-2 days processing). This is our priority method for fragile Plant Terrariums, LED Grow Light Sets, and Terrarium Building Kits.

2. Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Professionally packed and shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery is 15-25 business days after dispatch (includes 1-2 days processing). Ideal for Preserved Plants, Moss, Mini Planters, and non-living accessories.
How are my fragile items packaged?
Every piece is a treasure. Our artisans meticulously wrap each item (like Brass and Glass Frames or Wedding terrariums) in custom-fit, eco-conscious packaging. Closed Geometric Terrariums receive specialized stabilization. We treat transit with the utmost care to ensure your miniature world arrives pristine and ready for display.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey from our Albuquerque studio to your doorstep.

Returns, Exchanges & Guarantee

What is your return policy?
We stand by the heirloom quality of our creations. If your item arrives not as promised, please contact our dedicated care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. We will gladly guide you through our straightforward return process to make it right.
Can I return a live Plant Terrarium?
Due to the living nature of these ecosystems, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis if they arrive damaged or not as described. Please contact us immediately within the 15-day window. Our preserved items, however, are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We are deeply sorry if this happens. Please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will work swiftly to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.
