Order Process

1. Placing an Order: Selecting items and proceeding through checkout constitutes an offer to purchase.
2. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance.
3. Order Acceptance & Processing: We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders are formally accepted and processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Payment

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your card is charged upon order placement.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct pricing errors. All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia as determined by our carriers.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Key Points:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Process: Contact [email protected] within 15 days to obtain an RMA number.
• Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
• Non-Returnable Items: As stated in Section 3, all Preserved Botanicals and Custom Items are FINAL SALE.

• We are not responsible for damages occurring during shipping after the carrier has taken possession, or for delays outside our control.
• We are not liable for the health or longevity of living plants once they are delivered, as their care is the responsibility of the recipient.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Albuquerque, NM.
